Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use. You must be legally able to enter a contract, or have authorization from someone who can, to purchase a membership.

Provide accurate information, protect your password, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. One free quiz is available per eligible account; attempts to evade that limit may result in restriction or termination.

EriQuiz provides educational and entertainment content. We work to make questions and explanations accurate, but they may contain mistakes, simplifications, differing historical interpretations, or outdated information. EriQuiz is not professional, academic, legal, medical, or financial advice.

You may not:

• Break laws, infringe rights, impersonate others, or submit fraudulent payment information.
• Access another person’s account or bypass membership, free-quiz, security, or rate-limit controls.
• Scrape, copy, republish, sell, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload EriQuiz except where law expressly permits.
• Use automated systems to extract questions, answers, images, or other content without written permission.
• Introduce malicious code or interfere with other users’ access.

Paid memberships automatically renew until canceled. The price, promotional period, renewal frequency, and cancellation terms shown immediately before Checkout form part of your agreement. Stripe processes payments on our behalf. Additional details appear in our Subscription and Refund Policy.

EriQuiz, its software, design, branding, questions, explanations, images, and other content are owned by Gubuta LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use EriQuiz for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten the service, or create legal or security risk. You may stop using EriQuiz at any time. Canceling a membership and deleting an account are separate actions.

To the extent permitted by law, EriQuiz is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Gubuta LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages to the extent such limitations are permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local law provides non-waivable protections. We may update these Terms and will provide legally required notice of material changes. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted; we will request renewed consent when required.
